About Us
In 2012, our founders realised the strong need for a place where mothers can trust their children guilt-free and be rest assured that their holistic development will be taken care of while they give 100% to their work.
To help bring mothers back to work, Nupur, Priti, and Chirag started a chain of PreSchool and Daycare centres that are close to the workplace to enable parents to balance work and childcare without compromising on either.
And today, we are proud to be a growing team of 300+ highly trained and capable women who have attended to 1000+ children with love, professionalism, transparency and integrity.

Our wings are our front liners, our staff at the respective centres who are involved in co-parenting the children and helping you work guilt-free.
Our centre directors are the backbone of our centres. From the start to the end, they ensure that everything runs smoothly as per the SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
They are highly qualified and experienced in managing educational setups. They also go through many training sessions in health and safety, administration and maintenance, child safety guidelines and government policies, etc.
Our children spend most of the time with their teachers and look forward to meeting them every morning. Along with love and care, our teachers train our little ones to become confident and independent individuals.
Our teachers are trained in different teaching methodologies to take up this challenging task of moulding young minds. Being the role models for our children, they display various life skills like politeness, humbleness, patience, teamwork, etc in their approach, setting up examples for children to follow.
No centre will be complete without them. They are the ones who ensure the safety, hygiene and cleanliness at the centre. They are the caretakers of children during washroom breaks, nap times and outdoor playtimes too.
At Little Big World, every support staff goes through a number of background checks and is hired only after proper verification of their credentials. Also, we ensure they maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene for themselves before they engage with the children.
